Environment Canada Rewards program was given a new finance rule. The data being separated in different excel files by branch and year made it a difficult challenge and lead to the creation of 2 dashboard tools to help better manage rewards.

NRC HR MEETING WEB APP

NRC has multiple groups of HR that need to produce proper data from meeting notes built in Word. Realizing the challenge in this task JAMESWDH elected to build a Web app.

The Canadian space agency had planned out the next 8 years of projects. Struggling to input it properly in MS Project they hired a JAMESWDH trainer.

After a 3 day rigorous training, we spent 2 days setting up and building what the next 8 years would look like on a large scale massive Gantt Chart! We are very proud to have helped the CSA in any way

The communications branch of NRC runs multiple projects a year but had no way to look at the data properly. JAMESWDH made a simple dashboard to solve the problem permanently!
